On the first day of school, we decided to go to Chilli's for dinner to celebrate a good start to a new school year. On the way Gavin and I were talking about how some of Gavin's male students need to get hair cuts.
Owen was listening to our converstation, as he was sitting in the back seat, and he said, "yeah, haircut," and he touched his head.
I replied, "do you need a hair cut."
To that he said (while tapping the top of his head) "yeah, crazy hair!"

- I am married to the most wonderful husband. He cooks dinner every night and makes sure I am taken care of so I can take care of our kids! I am the Mommy of a very active little boy, who cracks me up everyday with a new phrase he comes up with. He has quite the imagination! I another active little boy, who is the king of equal rights. He makes sure he gets to do or have everything his brother does or has. Unlike his brother he loves to sleep and is a good eater too. I am also the mother of a beautiful baby girl, her personality has yet to be presented to us, but mostly she only cries when her tummy is upset. I have a feeling she is going to be the house princess! I teach fifth grade in Las Vegas, Nevada. Every day I go to work is a new adventure. The culture here is certainly not what I grew up with in the the thumb of Michigan.
